Terms of Service

TraceX (“TraceX”, “we”, “us”) operates this storefront and related delivery channels (for example loaders, license keys, and support through Discord). Contact for order or account issues should go through the support options listed at checkout or in your purchase materials.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase or use our products. You are responsible for keeping login, license keys, and credentials confidential. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Items sold through TraceX are digital goods. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, a purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or publicly share builds or credentials.

Games and anti-cheat systems change frequently. We aim to ship patch-ready builds when titles update, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with every patch, or that any feature will remain available indefinitely. Temporary outages or maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency presented by our payment processor. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total shown. Taxes or fees may apply depending on your region and are your responsibility where required by law.

Digital goods may not be eligible for cancellation once delivered or activated. Refunds, when offered, are limited to cases described on the product page or in checkout policies—for example clear non-delivery or verified non-functional licenses—and require contacting support first. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in revocation of access.

You agree not to:

• Use TraceX products to harass other players, exploit minors, or break applicable laws;
• Circumvent license checks, tamper with telemetry designed to protect accounts, or attack our infrastructure;
• Impersonate TraceX staff or misuse Discord or ticket channels;
• Use stolen payment methods or fraudulent identities.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

TraceX is not endorsed by or affiliated with game publishers or platform holders. Use of third-party software may violate publisher terms and can carry risks including restrictions or bans on your accounts. You accept those risks yourself.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraceX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant undetectability or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceX and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or accounts arising from your use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid TraceX for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced through Discord or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TraceX’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
